Empower aims to create equality of opportunity for disadvantaged groups in European society.
We do this by developing partnerships, projects and networks and supporting other organisations to do the same.
We have experience of all stages of project design, development, delivery and assessment as well as sound knowledge of European funding streams and application processes.
Empower in Europe
We work in partnership with organisations throughout Europe to transfer knowledge, skills and innovation. We have worked with organisations in:

Empower aims to create equality of opportunity for disadvantaged groups in European society. We do this by developing partnerships, projects and networks and supporting other organisations to do the same.
Many organisations would welcome the opportunity to develop partnerships with similar groups in other countries to share best practice and develop joint projects. Although it can seem like a bit of a daunting task, sometimes a bit of support is all that’s needed to get started.

We are already involved in working with partners throughout Europe and are always interested in developing new partnerships and projects.
Our costs represent good value for money and can often be incorporated into project budgets at application stage. We are a social enterprise which means that our profits go to support the lone parent charity Gingerbread Northern Ireland.
